Questions?
We have answers.
You're the voice, face, and personality!
As the host, you’ll be the voice, face, and personality guiding each episode—including intros, interviews, and sponsor messages. You’ll collaborate with the production team to shape the show’s content, identify relevant topics and potential guests, and help establish the show’s format and tone.
You will not be expected to edit or do anything techy for the episodes.
We’re looking for a long-term host who’s excited to grow with the show and become a consistent, trusted presence for our audience.
Each week.
We’ll have recording sessions weekly, with new episodes released every other week.
Roughly an hour.
Each recording session will take approximately one hour. In addition, you’ll be expected to join content planning meetings every other week and may need to spend some time researching between sessions. Plan for a total time commitment of about 2 hours per week.
We have a plan, but we're flexible.
We’re currently leaning toward a consistent recording schedule on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, with episodes released every other Friday. However, there may be some flexibility depending on your availability and guest scheduling.
Yes!
A per-episode stipend is available for this role as recognition for your time and contributions.
Nope!
We’ve got you covered. All necessary equipment and space will be provided at Sweet Tea Marketing.
Not at all.
While it helps to be familiar with how podcasts work, you won’t need any editing or technical experience.
Absolutely!
We’ll walk you through everything you need to know and support you along the way.
